Free walk-through & property assessment

Someone walks the property with you, photographs what matters, and gives you a straight answer — including "leave it alone" when that is the right one. Free either way, and the photographs are yours whatever you decide.

What you get

  1. An assessment, not a sales visit

Drainage, grade, turf health, bed heights, trees and irrigation, looked at in that order and documented with photographs you keep whether or not you hire us.

  2. Honest verdicts, including the cheap ones

A real share of walk-throughs end with a bed reset and a feeding programme rather than a redesign. Hearing that costs you nothing and tells you a lot about how a company works.

  3. Best done after a rain

If you can, book us for the day after a real downpour. A dry yard keeps its secrets; a wet one shows you exactly where the water goes.

  4. The same record if there is storm damage

If we find storm losses, the same photo set becomes your own dated record of them — no second visit needed.

How it goes

  1. Call or send the form

Tell us the address and roughly what the yard is doing. Two minutes on the phone usually saves a wasted visit.

  2. We walk it together

About forty minutes, most of it spent looking at the ground. You will hear what we think while we are standing on it, not a week later.

  3. An itemised price

Line by line, so you can see what each part costs and take a phase out if you want to. The number quoted is the number invoiced.

Questions we hear a lot

Is it really free?

Yes, for the walk-through and the recommendation. A drawn landscape design is separate work and is priced before we start it — and credited against the installation if you build the plan with us.

Do I need to be there?

It is much better if you are. Half of what we need to know is how you actually use the yard, and that is not visible from the grass.

How soon can you come?

Usually within a few working days. Storm damage and hazard trees are triaged the day they come in.

This is a demonstration site, so it publishes no licence numbers, insurance certificates or accreditations. Prices, timings and outcomes described here are illustrative.
