Who does what here
Four roles, and the part of your job each one owns. We publish the roles rather than invented names and stock photographs — see the note at the bottom for why.
The people who read the property
Estimators
Whoever walks your yard is the person who prices it and the person who has to stand behind the number. They look at water before they look at plants.
The people who own your job
Project managers
One named contact per project, who answers the phone, walks the site and owns the punch list from the first spade to the final planting.
The people in the yard
Installation and maintenance crews
Employed crews rather than a different subcontractor each week — which is the only reason a route can be relied upon at all.
The people who come after a storm
Storm response
The crew that clears access first, rigs hazard trees down in sections, and photographs the damage before touching it.
We do not publish individual staff names or photographs on this demonstration site. A real company should introduce the person who will be standing in your yard. Photographs of people on a demonstration site are photographs of strangers, presented as employees of a company that does not exist — so this site does not use them.
